Our Fees

Every web site customer has unique needs and we tailor our design work to meet your requirement. The cost of a web site is determined by what each customer wants.

We offer two types of sites-our custom and starter sites.

Custom Sites: There is an initial consultation fee of $300.00. If you give 3rd Row the go ahead to create your web site 25% of that fee is applied to your costs. For custom sites a proposal is provided that outlines all costs based on your design requirements. A 50% deposit is required up front before work can begin on your site and final payment is required 15 days after the completion of your site.

Starter Sites: This is a new feature for 3rd Row and we are excited because this gives our customer who have minimal design needs an opportunity to get a web site quickly for less cost than a custom site. Visit our starter site page and check out our designs.

Maintenance Fees: Monthly maintenance service fees provide worry free web site ownership. 3rd Row takes care of everything and keeps you informed along the way. Basic monthly maintenance fees are $200.00/month and this includes up to 6 hours of work. If updates and maintenance work exceeds 6 hours our hourly rate will apply. If a site has more complex applications like a data base a different rate will be set. Specific maintenance services are outlined in each proposal submitted to a customer.
